1st post of 2010!

as much as i would like to rehash the events of the past year or at least state the highlights, i am just going to post about the current events. i simply do not have the brain power to contemplate and write about the past.
just took bella out for a 40 minute walk. we have been walking daily for the past 4 days now. she gets plenty of exercise from playing around the backyard but she also loves to walk! when she sees me holding her pink leash, starts jumping and runs towards the front door. so adorable. walking also gives me and her plenty of bonding/"leader of the pack" training. its also a great way to socialize her with other people and dogs and a great exercise for me!
during our walk, i noticed that her poop was very watery. i assume its because of the new food that i started feeding her (to get rid of her itchy skin). her body is prob just starting to adjust to the new formula. so i am going to not worry.. for now.
i tell ya, having a dog is wonderful thing! its a lot of work but also very rewarding when you train your dog right! me and bella have had many sleepless nights and i even shed some tears when i first started training her. now she's a super awesome and adorable puppy! i've only had her for 2 months and she's already made lots of progress! she's now potty trained, crate trained, doggy door trained. she's been spayed and is now very friendly with other people dogs! she used to get really scared whenever she sees other dogs!
hmm.. what else can i write about? well, it's nick's bday on friday. yeah! i am going to take him to a korean bbq for dinner then we are going to meet some peeps and have a bowling bday party! let's bowl! i feel like a little kid! then next month is my bday!!! yeah!! i love birthdays! i am thinking of staying at a super expensive hotel... just because :).. well, i am getting old and i can afford it! happy birthday to me!
